AFI Home Karlín is located in the sought-after location of Karlín, Prague 8, near the Křižíkova metro station and very close to the center of Prague. will offer the Tulipa Karlín residential project to AFI Europe. It is a multifunctional complex that will contain 172 apartment units from 1+kk to 4+kk intended for rent, underground garages and warehouses, office and commercial space. It will be created by the reconstruction of existing buildings originally from the beginning of the 20th century and the addition of a new L-shaped residential building. The project is being created under the baton of the street developer AFI Europe, who bought it under the original name BLOCK B from the Karlín Group already with a building permit and a design from the architectural studio Bevk Perović architekti, which won the contract in an international competition. The project is currently being completed.
